Information we process
The platform may process account information, contact information, pregnancy-related profile data, monitoring entries, appointments, prescriptions, investigations, USG records, vaccination records, uploaded medical documents, pharmacy shopping information, addresses, order and payment transaction references.
Access to personal information
Personal and health-related information is made available only where it is needed to provide services, support care, process orders, or meet legal and operational responsibilities.
Third-party services
AllWell may use third-party providers such as MSG91 for OTP, Firebase for notifications and Razorpay for online payments. Those services process relevant information according to their own terms and policies.
Keeping information safe
AllWell uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Users should keep OTPs, passwords and account details private and contact support if they suspect unauthorized use.
Retention and requests
Retention periods and procedures for access, correction or deletion requests should follow the company’s approved operational and legal requirements. Contact allwellpharmatech@gmail.com for privacy-related requests.
