Platform use
Users must provide accurate account information, use the platform lawfully and keep login credentials and OTPs private. Access may be limited where an account is inactive, restricted or used in breach of these terms.
Healthcare information
Platform content, reminders and records support healthcare coordination and do not replace professional diagnosis, emergency care or direct advice from a qualified clinician.
Doctor services
Doctor profiles and appointment availability may change over time. AllWell may review, update, suspend or remove professional profiles when required for service quality, compliance or platform safety.
Pharmacy commerce
Product availability, stock, pricing, taxes, prescription requirements and fulfillment are validated during checkout. Orders may be split by pharmacy when products come from multiple sellers.
Payments
Online payments are processed through the payment options shown at checkout. An order is confirmed after the payment provider reports a successful transaction and the order is accepted by the platform.
Changes
AllWell may update platform features and approved terms when required. The final legal version should specify effective dates, jurisdiction and company-specific obligations.
